Prabhat’s Engineering Department is comprised of Top Professionals in the field of Gasket manufacturing. Innovat ion is introduced into every aspect of Product Design. This constant search for improvement allows Prabhat to build Products that meet the most stringent International Requirements and the most demanding Customer Specifications.

All designs are created by Professionals using CAD workstations with 3D simulation. A State-of-the-Art computer controlled Profile Projector ensures that innovative design has been fully integrated into all products. Product designs are routinely subjected to rigorous In-house functional testing before they are sent for final customer trials. New and successful concepts such as In-lube and Pin-less design in Gaskets are some of the innovative ideas Prabhat’s Engineers have brought to reality. Prabhat’s Tool Room is fully equipped with the latest facilities and equipment, including CNC lathes and Digitally controlled Bench Lathes, so the Company can provide the best support in building and maintaining Molds. The Tool Room is staffed by Experts whose goal is to provide Smooth and Top-Quality Production Support.
